Michela Gamba has been working as a statistician at the OECD since 2004. She is mainly involved with short-term statistics, in particular with the compilation of composite leading indicators and the real economy indices. In the past she has been working on business statistics, looking at entrepreneurship and business structural analysis of firm-level data. Michela gained her BSc in Economics from the University of Bergamo (Italy) and a MSc in Statistics from Southampton University (UK).
Andrea Goldstein works at the OECD. He has been involved in various research projects on multinationals from emerging, transition and developing countries – a topic on which he recently published Multinational Companies from Emerging Economies. Andrea has published 26 articles in refereed journals on topics as diverse as regulatory reform in network industries, the political economy of the global aerospace industry, and the impact of the emergence of China and India on other developing countries. He is a frequent book reviewer for JMIS.
